Description

  • Full Description: The cartridge dust collector is a pulse-jet dry filtration system featuring pleated filter cartridges as the core filtration elements. Relying on pulse compressed air for cleaning, it is the mainstream solution for ultra-fine industrial dust. Originating in Europe, the US, and Japan in the 1970s, it has become widely used across industries with the popularity of membrane-laminated media.

    • Ultra-compact: With the same filtration area, its volume is only 1/2 to 1/3 of a baghouse – ideal for cramped spaces.

    • Excellent fine dust capture: Membrane-laminated cartridges capture micron-level particles far better than standard bags, meeting ultra-low emission standards.

    • Easy maintenance: Cartridges are quick to replace, requiring no cage removal and can be done by a single person.

    • Low operating resistance: Resulting in lower fan energy consumption and less pulse air usage.

    • Modular design: Compact and modular units can be paralleled to scale up for medium to small air volume applications.
